Over the past year, I have worked as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner for three core platforms—Moj A1, Moj A1 Biz, and A1 Web. I have a proven track record of delivering user-centric improvements, enhancing SEO, and achieving consistently high ratings on both the App Store and Google Play, supported by positive user feedback.

I successfully led collaboration between developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to create impactful digital solutions for A1 Serbia. Ensured seamless alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Designed responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly interfaces for a1.rs and a1.rs/business, tailored to a predominantly mobile audience, improving usability and engagement.

I implemented Agile Practices delivering biweekly iterative design updates, maintained detailed product roadmaps, and led the redesign of two major platforms. These efforts resulted in significant improvements in platform performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
